Colorado Outfitters is one of the few outfitters who hunt some of the most renowned trophy units in the state of Colorado.  For hunters who have spent years accumulating preference points for elk, you don't want to trust that investment to just any outfitter.  We have the track-record of finding, and putting some of the largest elk on the ground in these units.

Trophy elk hunts take place in the Brown's Park area GMU's 2 and 201. These hunts are a 1 on 1 hunt (1 guide to 1 hunter and actually we generally send a couple of guides and also a cameraman to film the experience).  It is a full 5 day hunt and if we don’t kill the bull you want within 5 days, additional days of hunting can be purchased. We are here to make sure this is the hunt of a lifetime and will do everything in our power to get you a chance at the bull of your dream!

For these hunts, you will stay at a private ranch near the hunting area where one of our staff lives and keeps track of the herd year round. Accommodations are first class as are the home cooked meals.
