Within our local area, there is some great fishing to be had in terms of both small river and lakes. In support of this, we offer our Local Waters Fishing Expeditions. These expeditions are guided and dependent on the time of year are done on horseback. Our guides know the water and fisheries so they will put you on fish! 

Our fishing season begins with early ice out spring fishing in nearby lakes for big rainbows, cutthroat and even grayling! Typical summer fishing is generally done on horseback typically beginning in late June. We fish back country lakes within a two hour horseback ride as well as offer some fun, fast action small river fishing for brookies on dry flies which generally heats up by mid July! Lakes offer brookies and cutthroat ranging from ten to sixteen inches. We also pack in inflatable boats for lake fishing which adds to the experience and typically results in your catching more fish! Our small river fishing offers catching brookies from six to twelve inches and plenty of them.
